The moment you make your first payment, your allocation is recorded on the blockchain an immutable, time-stamped record that cannot be overwritten or duplicated. Double allocation is technically impossible on Sytemap.
Can I buy land if I live outside Nigeria? +
Yes. Sytemap is built for the diaspora. Browse satellite maps, select your plot, make payments, and monitor your land entirely online from anywhere in the world. Documents are delivered free to your Nigerian nominee.
What do I receive when I complete my payments?
You receive: physical land deeds and survey plan delivered free to your address, an NFT-based Certificate of Allocation (permanent digital proof on the blockchain), SYTE token cashback, and physical plot allocation with GPS-confirmed coordinates.
What is the minimum amount to start?
