Sytemap Women Estate, Odagwa

Overview

Land in her name. Opportunity in her hands.

Sytemap Women Estate is our first own-and-earn estate: a gated, fully mapped estate where every plot is owned in the buyer's name and farmed as one professionally managed Habanero pepper farm. Half of the farm's net revenue is shared with owners every year.

We built it after women in our community told us two things: the land they had bought sat idle, and they wanted a more affordable way to own land.

Neighbourhood

In the food basket of Rivers State.

Odagwa is a community in Etche Local Government Area, with its headquarters at Okehi. Etche is known as the food basket of Rivers State: farming is the main occupation, and the land has long produced cassava, plantain, banana, yam and palm oil.

Odagwa also sits in an active economic corridor, close to oil and gas operations, SIAT Nigeria's new oil palm plantation, Igwuruta Market and the Eneka to Igbo-Etche Link Road towards Port Harcourt. That mix of farming heritage and investment is why we chose it for our first estate.
