Can I buy without ever visiting?
Yes. You choose your plot on the surveyed map, pay online and receive your documents through your nominee. Many of our owners have bought this way, and family can visit for you at a weekend site inspection.
Whose name is the land in?
Yours. Your Deed of Conveyance, survey plan and Certificate of Allocation are issued in your name. Your nominee only receives documents and helps on the ground.
How do I know my plot is real?
Every plot is drawn from the estate survey over satellite imagery, and every allocation is recorded on our public ledger. You can check your plot at any time, and the 10-Year Encumbrance Guarantee covers you if a problem is found.
How do I follow my farm rewards?
Your portal shows your plot, payments, documents and rewards, and we send quarterly updates about your land. Rewards depend on harvests and prices, and the terms are set out in your Offer Letter.
