Our story
We build the trust layer for land.
Buying land in Africa too often means unreliable papers, double sales and plots that never appear. Sytemap fixes that with surveyed maps, clear documents, guarantees we stand behind and a public record of every allocation.
Founded as HouseAfrica to make property transactions transparent.
Raised $400,000 in pre-seed funding and launched Sytemap.
Launched the Sytemap Women community on 8 March to help women own land.
Launched own-and-earn land at Odagwa, Rivers State. 250 plots sold in two months.
