What is a SytePlot NFT?

It is a unique digital record on the Stellar blockchain that represents one surveyed plot sold through Sytemap. In the app, owners simply see it as their digital land.

Does the NFT replace my land documents?

No. Your deed and survey plan in your name remain your legal ownership documents. The digital record links to them, so anyone can check that the plot, the owner and the paperwork match.

What is a PVN?

The Property Unique Number. Every plot gets one, and it appears on the Certificate of Allocation and in the digital record so the two can be matched.

How do I verify a plot?

Scan the QR code on the Certificate of Allocation, or search the PVN or NFT address on our public transactions ledger.

Do I need a crypto wallet?

No. Your digital land is held in your Sytemap wallet inside the app. You do not need to buy crypto or manage private keys.
